Lekoch Bamboo fiber dinnerware is made from bamboo fibers that are the powder of real bamboo (which is the Panda’s favorite food) along with some of the other natural grains such as bran and cornstarch. The manufacturing process of Lekoch Bamboo fiber dinnerware involves mixing natural fibers with a food-grade binding resin and poured into a mold, pressed and baked under high temperature and finally polished to make it smooth.
1.In order to make our products safe and reliable in dishwashers, we use a very small amount of food-safe melamine adhesive. It is blended with natural bamboo fiber to help extend the life of Lekoch bamboo fiber tableware and keep it in optimal condition.
2.At present, even if we adopted the most advanced bonding technology, we could not do it without using melamine. Our R & D team has been working with well-known university laboratories. Our goal is to research and invent the most outstanding technologies and safest ecological materials for our products.
3.We guarantee that our products are 100% non-toxic, food-safe and BPA-free and comply with all standards and regulations.
